Also known as Crescent Bay. It is located between Dahan Village, Xincheng Township, Hualien County, Taiwan, North suburb of Hualien City, and East side of the Air Force Hualien Base. Qixingtan Beach is the only county-level scenic spot in Hualien County. It’s connected to Taroko National Park, East Coast, and East Rift Valley National Scenic Area.
