Regulations for room change:
— If the total amount of the bill after room change is greater than the total amount of the original order, the customer is obliged to pay the gap difference directly at the hotel lobby.
— If the total amount of the bill after room change is less than the total amount of the original order, no refund will be given.
★Cancellation of room reservation 2-3 days before the scheduled check-in time, a cancellation fee of 21% of the total price will apply.
★Cancellation of room reservation 4-6 days before the scheduled check-in time, a cancellation fee of 18% of the total price will apply.
★Cancellation of room reservation 7-9 days before the scheduled check-in time, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total price will apply.
Cancellation: For all online bookings, the hotel is entitled to demand a 30% of the order amount as a deposit in accordance with the provisions of the “Standard Contract” issued by the Tourism Bureau. Cancellation fee is charged in accordance with the specified rate in the provisions and is as follows:
★For cancellation on the day of the scheduled check-in time, the hotel will charge 100% of the prepaid deposit amount.
★For cancellation within 1 day before the scheduled check-in time, the hotel will charge 80% of the prepaid deposit amount.
★For cancellation within 2-3 days before the scheduled check-in time, the hotel will charge 70% of the prepaid deposit amount.
★For cancellation within 4-6 days before the scheduled check-in time, the hotel will charge 60% of the prepaid deposit amount.
★For cancellation within 7-9 days before the scheduled check-in time, the hotel will charge 50% of the prepaid deposit amount.
★ For cancellation within 10-13 days before the scheduled check-in time, the hotel will charge 30% of the prepaid deposit amount.
★For cancellation 14 days (including the 14th day) before the scheduled check-in time, the hotel will charge 0% of the prepaid deposit amount.
