Continuous Effort throughout the Years
Has successfully established a strong reputation and image in the tourism market.
The Hoya Resort Hotel Group has cultivated deeply in the hotel service industry for many years. Since the establishment of the Jhihben Hoya Resort Hotel in 1987 (which was later renamed Goya Hot Springs Hotel & Spa in 2008), it has successively planned and operated the Wuling Hoya Resort, Jhihben Hoya Hot Springs Resort & Spa, and Wuling Lodge. Our insistence over the years of having the perfect service and physical facilities had gained us a lot of approval from within the industry and from the guests.
In August, 2013, Hualien Hoya Resort Hotel was opened. Together with Taitung Hoya Resort Hotel, Chiayi Hoya Resort Hotel, and Kaohsiung Hoya Resort Hotel, as of 2016, Hoya Resort Group has a total of 8 business locations throughout Taiwan.
With the view that tourism industry is one of Taiwan's future economic life blood, all the employees of Hoya Resort Group, under the leadership of Chairman Liu Qinglang, have spared no effort in the development and promotion of the tourism industry. The demand for better service quality and the concept of a customer-oriented service are one that we have persisted over the years, conscientiously dedicated and unrelenting.
Over the years, the Group's hotels not only provided the perfect premises for the general tourists to enjoy a comfortable and leisure vacation, but have also provided event packages to various company groups for events like staff trips, conferences, gatherings and others. The facilities and services have all been highly received and praised. The Hoya Group has successfully established a high reputation and image in the tourism market.
However, all our employees will never be satisfied with just this. In the future, we strive for a more sustainable management method, being more committed to chain management, be the best of the best, be more refined and strive for excellence and become more internationalized. We not only want to satisfy the needs of the customers as our goal, but our ultimate hope is to become a standard for Taiwan's leisure tourism.
